Privacy notice
This notice applies to the flowtion.hu website hosted by Tárhely.eu. Effective from 30 September 2026 upon production implementation of the described operation.

This notice covers personal data associated with visiting the Flowtion corporate website and handling enquiries by email or telephone. Data processing within Flowtion products, customer systems and portals is governed by separate documents and agreements.
2. Enquiries and quotation requests
Purpose: responding to enquiries, discussing business requirements and preparing proposals. Data may include name, company, job title, business email address, telephone number and personal information provided in messages or discussions. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and do not send special category personal data.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where you contact us as an individual to take steps towards your own contract. For corporate contacts, the legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: communicating with the enquiring business and preparing the requested proposal. You may object to the latter processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Retention: for enquiries closed without a contract, up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, or until the purpose ends if earlier. If a contract is concluded, further processing of necessary data is covered by the contractual privacy notice. In a specific legal dispute, only necessary data is retained for as long as justified to establish or defend the claim.
Providing information is voluntary. Without contact details and sufficient information to understand the enquiry, we cannot reply or prepare a quotation. The email button opens the visitor’s email application; the website does not submit or store enquiry data. Emails sent by visitors are handled in the csomori.laszlo@flowtion.hu contact mailbox.
3. Website operation and technical logs
The hosting service processes technical logs to serve and protect the website: IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and client data, and response and error codes. Logs are retained for no more than 30 days and then deleted. In a specific security incident, the portion needed for investigation or legal claims may be retained separately for the justified period.
Purpose and legal basis: secure operation and availability of the website, detection of errors and misuse; legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and external content
The website code does not set cookies or use local browser storage.
flowtion.hu uses no audience analytics, marketing tracking, embedded videos or chatbot. External professional articles are ordinary links: the destination provider receives visit data only when a link is opened, under its own privacy terms.
5. Access, processors and data transfers
Web hosting: Tárhely.Eu Kft.; website and provider contacts: https://tarhely.eu/kapcsolat/. Its role is serving and technically operating flowtion.hu, including access logs retained for no more than 30 days.
Email: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Incoming enquiries are handled in the csomori.laszlo@flowtion.hu mailbox. Microsoft acts as a processor in providing email and related technical services.
Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur in Microsoft’s service chain. Such transfers are subject to safeguards under Microsoft’s privacy terms, including an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. 6. Your rights
You may request information about and access to your personal data, rectification and, subject to the applicable legal conditions, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation; the lawfulness of continuing the processing must then be assessed separately.
The right to data portability may apply to automated processing based on consent or a contract. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rights are subject to the conditions applicable to each processing activity; for example, erasure may be restricted by a legal obligation or legal claim.
You may submit your request to csomori.laszlo@flowtion.hu or by post to our registered office. Flowtion will inform you of the action taken without undue delay and within one month at the latest. Where justified, this period may be extended by a further two months, with notification within the first month. Requests are generally handled free of charge; where there are reasonable doubts about identity, necessary additional information may be requested.
7. Complaints and remedies

You may also seek a judicial remedy under the GDPR. You do not need to contact Flowtion first.
8. Security and automated decisions
Only staff responsible for handling enquiries may access personal data. Flowtion protects access and implements necessary technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service environment. The website does not perform profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects.
9. Changes
We update this notice when introducing a new processing purpose, provider or technology. The current version and its effective scope are available on this page.
